When Albany Medical Center broke ground for thier expansion project, it was a cause for celebration. They invited the press, and catered a party to tout the accomplishment of raising the funds necessary to bring the project concept to a reality.
They had speakers invited – and to kick off the event, they wanted a brief video animation with a branded message that quickly conveyed the scope of the project and the new state-of-the-art facilities it would provide to it’s patients.
Because the video clips they had available of the construction site and the work being done was of lower quality, I used filters to “imply” the work was being done in the background. The filters created a perfect balance for the architectural renderings that were provided that in clarity what the new facilities would provide.
The end result was a great success, and now the facilities are beautiful – with ground breaking for more expansion already in the works.
