Sandell Product Literature
Sandell Building Materials is a manufacturer of a wide range of building materials, for both commercial and residential applications. They specialize in materials used to seal and waterproof roofing, masonry, drainage and siding.
Because they were a relatively unknown company outside of the northeast region of the United States, the company recognized the need to develop a branding and marketing strategy that would help to make them a recognizable name in the building industry.
I was an integral part of the team which established the branding strategy and guidelines (including logo, color palette and fonts.
Once the corporate branding was established, the next step was to develop product literature that promoted and highlighted their complete line of building materials and sealants. The project scope included several technical illustrations of the products in use, as well as two “cutaway” illustrations that demonstrated the proper application and usage of several of the products on both residential and commercial buildings.
The literature was a great addition to their marketing efforts, and its branding was integrated into their website, signage, stationery and business cards as part of the complete marketing communications strategy.
