The User Experience has become one of the most important elements when considering a design for a website, app, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), or any other device that is regularly used and interacted with on a computer or hand-held device.
Your website MUST work on a mobile device, or you will lose at least half of your audience. If your website, mobile app, or interface design is confusing, loads slowly, or is difficult to read or navigate, you will lose the rest of your audience after they arrive, very quickly.
User Experience Design and User Interface Design requires first knowing your audience persona, and developing an interface that relates to that average demographic.
