Siena College Holiday Video Animation

Siena College is a Christian-based College, and uses “Bernie” the Saint Bernard as their branded logo and school mascot. So when they wanted to use Bernie as the focal point for their holiday greeting, my video animation experience with the Pink Panther was a perfect fit for the project.

I first created all of the backgrounds from locations on the campus in a “cartoon” format in Adobe Illustrator. The next step was the character development of Bernie, and the Squirrel he was chasing throughout the animation. Then the final step of creating movement, adding sound were completed on a limited budget and delivered on time and below cost.

The Dean of the College was thrilled with the final results, and proud to use it as a part of his holiday message of peace and unity.
